Welcome to BARC. Having successfully completed our first full year of operation, we find ourselves struggling with an ever increasing demand for our services and inadequate funds to improve our facilities and pay for animal care. Your generous contributions are needed. To help save money ,we desperately need volunteer help in many areas. Please go to the forms section of our website and fill out a volunteer application.
